It’s that time of year again to support the Rape Crisis Domestic Violence Safe Haven at our annual “Run with the Stars” 5K fundraiser sponsored by the Ashland County Sherriff’s Office! We are hoping to make this the BEST YEAR YET! The event will be held on May 1 at the Ashland County Fairgrounds. Registration on the day of the event starts at 7:30am. The run begins at 8:30am. Seeking Safety Support Group: Thursdays from 6-7:30pm at the Professional Building starting April 8 for 6 weeks. Open to any woman who has a history of trauma, free. Group members will learn present-focused techniques to help attain safety from trauma and substance misuse by emphasizing coping skills, grounding techniques, and education without the need to delve into specific trauma narrative.
